Simon Barwick, a director and joint founder of Vantage Financial, has over 13 years experience in wealth management. In addition to meeting the varied needs of his Australian client base, Simon also focuses on wealth creation and protection strategies for high net worth individuals and skilled Australian migrants from the UK and South Africa.

He is an expert in assisting both individuals and corporates. For individuals, this includes assessing strategies and products to meet financial goals, through risk management, investment and retirement planning. His corporate expertise includes structuring buy/sell arrangements, key man insurance, succession planning and advising on investment strategies for Self-Managed Superannuation Funds (SMSFs).

Before being appointed as a director of Vantage Financial, Simon held the position of director of a financial planning firm in Brisbane, and was a partner in a migration consultancy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Commerce
  • Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning).
