Michael Fingland has over seventeen years proven success in increasing enterprise value by utilising highly developed skills in profit improvement, corporate restructuring and corporate turnaround. Moving from a Chartered Accountancy background into corporate advisory he has worked on national and international companies in industries including: engineering, telecommunications, manufacturing, mining services, retail, transport & logistics and building & construction.
Michael has received numerous awards from the Turnaround Management Association including four of his client engagements resulting in Vantage Performance winning the ‘Turnaround of the Year Award’ for 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011.
A regular speaker, Michael has recently been engaged to present to: CEO Institute, AICD, ICA, CPA Australia, AVCAL, IPA, CIMA, AHRI and AICM. He is currently a Director of Turnaround Management Association, Australia.
