I have worked in the Construction Industry and within the Resource/Mining Sector for many years. During this time my employers looked after my income protection as part of my onsite agreements. I was recently faced with an opportunity, at very short notice, to start a new project as a sub-contractor. This opportunity required an immediate start, however before the contract could be finalised I required an ABN, Public Liability Policy and Income Protection setup within a 7 day period.
