Multiple income sources not recognised by many banks

Vantage Financial was referred a client who was going through a difficult divorce. One party wanted to take over the property and the loan and remove the other from the property and titles.

The client had three separate sources of income including PAYG income, child support and family assistance. In order to qualify for the loan, there was heavy reliance on using all sources of income.

Sourcing the right lender for the client

As an experienced mortgage broker, Hayley applied her expert product and credit policy knowledge to find one of the few major lenders that would include the full amount of child support as a source of income.

Providing additional value to the client

Not only was the loan approved, but Hayley also helped the client by providing information on the process to have the titles transferred into the client's name.
