Are your advisers licensed to provide advice?

Yes. All our financial advisers are licensed by Wealthsure Pty Ltd (Australian Financial Services Licensee No. 238030) and all mortgage brokers are licensed by Vow Financial Pty Ltd (Australian Credit Licence No. 383468).

How much will your services cost?

Our commitment to all our clients is that you will always be aware of the cost of any service prior to engagement so that you have the opportunity to assess the value. We will also disclose any brokerage that we earn to you.

How are you paid?

Depending on the services that you choose, your adviser will either charge an annual fee or will earn brokerage.

Are you owned by an institution?

No. Both Vantage Financial and Wealthsure are privately owned and are not owned by a bank or product provider. This gives us the ability to be completely objective in choosing products to meet our clients varied needs.

What is a mortgage broker?

A mortgage broker negotiates with a lender (usually a bank) on your behalf. A broker will work alongside you, not the bank. They will research loan products on the market from the hundreds available, and support you through the application and settlement process. There are a number of benefits to using a broker, particularly in the application process.

What is the cost to use a mortgage broker?

At Vantage Financial we get paid a commission by the lender when you receive your home loan. We don't charge you a fee for your appointment or for our service.
